What is Cancun Beach Ultimate?

A 2 day, 4v4 mixed Ultimate Frisbee beach tournament @ Maroma Beach, Cancun, Mexico, on January 10-11, 2025.

Can I bring a team? What is the max players on a team?

Yes! You'll get a "Team Pass". 10 players per team max.

I may go solo, or bring friends. Can I/we join a team?

Yes and Yes! You and your friends will each get a "Free Agent Pass", and play together on a team.

What included at the tournament?

2 days of Ultimate, parking pass, showers, beach towels, lounge chairs, and access all day @ the beautiful, secluded Maroma Beach.

How much does it cost to play?

*Early Bird*

$55 USD (Free Agent Pass) and $550 USD (Team Pass)

*After August 28*

$75 USD (Free Agent Pass) and $750 USD (Team Pass)

Is there a hotel sponsor?

Yes - the beachfront hotel is at Maroma Beach! More soon!

Have any recommendations if I want to stay elsewhere?

Yes! Playa Del Carmen, Puerto Morelos, and Cancun offer affordable Airbnbs, hotels, hostels, camping, etc.

I need housing. Can you help?

Yes! We can help on a first come, first serve basis.

Can I camp at Maroma Beach?

No - the beach closes by sunset.

Is drinking alcohol OK at Maroma Beach?

Yes, but alcohol must be purchased at the Maroma Beach restaurants or bars.

Is this an all weather, rain or shine, tournament?

Yes.
